A co-founder of Comeback, Nathan has extensive experience in counseling and guiding youth and adults.

He has a master’s degree in criminology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, specializing in juvenile delinquency.
He is a reserve colonel (deputy chief education officer and professional officer in Unit 8200). Among the positions he has held are director of the Psychologists Unit; staff training in the IDF Leadership School; CEO of Yad Vashem; CEO of Neot Kedumim; and director of Art for the People.
