"Comeback" specializes in breaking the glass ceiling in the world of employment for the population of returning citizen. If you want to make a change or to advance in the world of employment - we are your address.

"Comeback" is an independent NGO, which is not subordinate to any other body. We work in cooperation with a variety of professional parties, in order to reach our target audience and give them a new, unique and comprehensive (holistic) point of view in working with the population of returning citizen.

The duration of our various programs vary from several months to one year.

There is no time limit, whether you were convicted recently or many years ago - you are welcome.

As part of the employment promotion process, we emphasize the subject of professional training. After a process of clarifying the employment situation together with the participant, we search for and find suitable training. In addition, we help locate funding sources for training through municipalities, foundations, the voucher program of the Ministry of Labour and more.

"Comeback" offers its participants the opportunity of going through a process and acquiring significant tools that will help integration and advancement in the world of work. We are not a placement or manpower company. We equip our participants with a fishing rod and not with fish.

You are invited to join the "Restart" program, which is suitable for people who change jobs at a high rate, or are unable to find a job.

The purpose of the program is to create employment stability, that is, to help the participants find, and stay and advance in the job.

In this case, you will start on stage 3 of the Restart program, which is suitable for people who have stable employment and are interested in advancing in the world of work. The program provides a wide range of tools for promotion in different ways: in the existing workplace, by development and advancement to a new workplace, by professional training in the field or by changing the entire occupational field.

Yes. In cases of minor debts, the coordinators can help by engaging with the collection agencies.

In complex cases, we help to reach legal aid offices and accompany the process.

No. The Comeback's service is free, and at no cost to the participant.

We adapt the meetings according to the needs and abilities of the participants.

Some of the meetings take place in public spaces: cafes, community centres, etc.,

We work successfully with a wide range of organizations and state authorities:

The Prisoner Rehabilitation Authority, the Prisons, local authorities, the probation service/community court, opportunity centres.

The association currently operates with philanthropic funding, private donations and partnership with the "Kaveret" - ​​the social parent

of Joint Israel and the National Insurance Funds.

After over 200 participants, we are succeeding with about 70% of our participants:

finding a stable job, salary increase, professional training and more.

Most importantly, to this day, not a single participant who finished the program has returned to prison!
