Nathan has extensive experience in counselling, teaching and guiding teenagers and adults.

He has a master's degree in criminology from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem - specializing in juvenile delinquency.
Nathan is a Major General in the IDF Reserves (Deputy Chief Education Officer and Professional Officer in Unit 8200).

Among the positions he has held: Director of the Psychologists Unit - "Staff Training" at the IDF Leadership School, CEO of Yad Vashem, CEO of Neot Kedumim and CEO of Art for the People.
